Learners come to Canvas Network to engage in more than a course—they come to engage in a learning experience. New courses are listed every Monday, so visit www.canvas.net to learn something new, to master a new skill, or to keep your mind active.

Highlighted Courses

  • This month, Oregon State University’s Intro to Permaculture course is taking learners by storm. Nearly 16,000 enrolled participants are being introduced to process, ethics, and principles of permaculture. Learners are able to dive into climate-specific design elements through interactive technology, videos, graphics, and readings.
  • Back by popular demand, The New School’s Innovators of American Cuisine course is devoted to the life and work of distinguished culinary professionals of the recent past and present who have changed the way we eat and drink in the U.S. The course examines the lives and legacies of food culture giants Henri Soulé, James Beard, Julia Child, Edna Lewis, and Marion Cunningham.
