When you author content in the community (i.e., start a discussion, ask a question, write a blog post, suggest an idea or create an event), you can also attach additional documents for reference.

Go to the content item that you authored
You can only attach items to the content items that you've authored and/or are allowed to edit.
If you are in the middle of creating a new content item, skip down two steps.
Click the 'edit' button
If you are in the middle of creating a new content item, skip down to the next step.
Click the "Attach" link at the bottom of the content editor
Find the document or file you'd like to attach from your computer. You can attach multiple items.
Click post or publish
Depending on the content you are creating, you'll be either need to post or publish it.
Users can download the file by clicking the file name or preview the document by clicking 'preview'.
NOTE: Large files may take a bit longer to preview.
