Scenarios

  • Question: What happens when an assignment is updated in PowerTeacher Pro then a sync from Canvas' gradebook is initiated? Is the grade in PTP sticky or will it change based on what's sent from Canvas?
    • Answer: Assignments and latest scores will always override from Canvas
  • Question: If a student has an empty cell or nothing (nil) in the Canvas gradebook, what does that status look like in PTP?
    • Answer: PTP should also reflect an empty cell (nil).
