When you author content in the community (e.g., start a discussion, ask a question, write a blog post, suggest an idea, or create an event), you can also attach additional documents for reference.

If you want to share images or videos, consider embedding videos or images instead of attaching files.

To create content in the Canvas Community, visit a place or group.

Note: You can only attach files to content you author and/or are allowed to edit.

On the page you authored, click the Attach link.

Locate the file(s) and click the Open button.

Note: You can attach multiple files.

View Attached File(s)

View your attached file(s).

Publish Content

Depending on the content you are creating or editing, you will need to click the Publish button or Update button.

Users can download the file by clicking the file name or preview the document by clicking the Preview link.

Note: Large files may take longer to preview.
