In this release, Gauge supports adding tags to assessments and creating custom roles. Assessment titles display in every page, and the Session Items CSV includes answer responses for Multiple Choice and True or False questions.

Assessments

Assessment Tags

Assessments supports adding tags from the Details page. Admins and teachers can use tags to organize assessments by grade level, year, department, subject, language, and campus.

 

 

 

Users with custom roles can view and edit assessments with tags that match the tags assigned to their role.

Custom Roles

Custom roles can be assigned to Gauge users. Custom roles allow admins to give users access to assessments that match specific criteria. Custom roles can be granted to any user in a Gauge account.

 

 

 

Custom roles can be assigned tags for grade level, year, department, subject, language, and campus. Users with custom roles can view and edit assessments that have tags that match the tags assigned to their role.

Assessment Menu Update

Assessments have been updated to include the assessment title in every page. Previously, the assessment title could only be viewed from the Build page.

 

 

 

Reports

Session Item Responses

The Session Items CSV supports including answer responses for Multiple Choice and True or False questions. Previously, Multiple Choice and True or False questions only included the UUID.
