General Troubleshooting

If you're having trouble with portfolium.com, please try the following steps:

  1. Try clearing your cache and cookies for your device's mobile browser. You can clear cache and cookies from the settings menu for your mobile browser.
  2. Turn your phone off for 5 minutes to reset the connection.

If the above troubleshooting tips did not resolve your issue, check the list below to make sure you aren't trying to access a feature that doesn't exist on the mobile site.

Features that are inaccessible on a mobile device

You will have to log in to Portfolium.com via a computer in order to:

  • Edit your About Me section
  • Export your Portfolium as a PDF from the mobile website
