Rationale
Many users move to Canvas from Moodle. They'd like to move their course materials with them; until now, Canvas has not been able to import materials exported from Moodle 2.x.

As a user: I can import assignments, quizzes, files, pages, books, glossary items, and sections from Moodle 2.x course cartridge files into Canvas
