Rationale
Google is deprecating the API on which we built the original Canvas-Google Docs integration. We're updating the integration to use the new Google Drive API v2. This enhancement will also include fixes for some of the Google integration bugs.

User goals
As a user: I can connect my Google Drive account with Canvas I can use Google Drive documents in Canvas just as I do today I am not affected by Google-Canvas integration bugs that sometimes pop up today
