Support Field Day: Course-Related Tickets (90 mins)

 

From students being locked out of quizzes to teachers failing to publish assignments to department admins requesting grading histories for large classes, this session covers a variety of tickets related to course design and delivery. Participants will work in small groups and be challenged to troubleshoot common tickets ranging in difficulty. Discussions about different solutions with the Canvas Support team will follow.
