Orienteering with ServiceCloud (90 mins)


For camp, you typically need a map and compass to help you determine your route of travel. For Canvas, you need the ServiceCloud. Whether you're a newly minted Canvas admin or you've been working support tickets for years, this session will give you the grand tour of our upgraded ServiceCloud and teach you everything you need to know to find, read, escalate, and respond to tickets.
