Description
How do accreditation teams determine whether regular and substantive interaction is happening in on-line courses? Evidence suggests that different teams may have very different ideas about how to do this. Let’s talk about how we might be able to add some structure and equality to that process, and how we can ensure that the ACCJC gets what they need while protecting the privacy rights of faculty and students.
Objectives
By the end of this session, participants will understand what the ACCJC is looking for in terms of R&S contact and ways it can be achieved.
Registration
Registration information can be found on the conference page: ACCJC Determination of Regular and Effective Contact.
Can•Innovate is a free conference designed to engage faculty, staff, and administrators in a day-long learning exchange about supporting student success with Canvas, the California Community Colleges' common course management system. It is brought to you by the California Virtual Campus - Education Initiative.
