Dean of InstructionAs a Dean of Instruction at Mt. San Jacinto College, Micah Orloff is responsible for Distance Education initiatives including policy development and governance, program development, professional learning, and support. In addition, he oversees technology support services across the district including the Distance Education and Learning Technology Advancement (DELTA), Network Technology and Academic Technology teams. What Micah loves about his job is partnering with his colleagues to make a positive impact on our students’ lives – and is looking forward to doing the same with Can*Innovate attendees!

Director of DE Support Services at MSJCAnna Stirling is passionate about the effect quality online course design has on student success and plays a lead in emphasizing this at Mt. San Jacinto College as the Director of Distance Education Support Services. She oversees the Distance Education and Learning Technology Advancement (DELTA) team as they support faculty & staff with enhancing the teaching and learning experience through the effective use of technology. She is excited about connecting and sharing best practices with Can Innovators across the state.
