Our school would like to try using the program assessment tools. I reached out to our Canvas admin asking to set-up a program assessment. They made a course for the program assessment, but I am not sure if that is how this is supposed to work. I do not have admin rights so I cannot see all the "bells and whistles". Has anyone used program… (Show more)

If there are curriculum changes, both the new and old rubric are available for faculty. administrators cannot disable or hide rubrics from view.   There should be an option for administrators to set rubrics to read only. When an administrator creates a Portfolium Curriculum Map, only course level outcomes are automatically imported when a template course has been associated to a curriculum map. It would save administrators a lot of time if course level outcomes that are attached to rubrics were imported during this process as well.

When faculty assign a Portfolium Assignment using the LTI Canvas integration, students are only added to the roster when they launch a Portfolium assignment from Canvas.   This is problematic because faculty have no way to assign a score of zero in Portfolium. Instead, faculty have to navigate to the Canvas grade book and assign the grade there.… (Show more)
