    1. Add an image to a page.

    2. Add a URL (to external website) to that image.

When a student clicks the image, the webpage is currently not opened in a new browser tab, but in the same window. This way, the user leaves the Canvas-environment.

Add the option (via check box for example) to let the teacher decide if the URL should open in a new tab.
