Turn on/off outcome posting in rubrics at admin/account level

    The newest update added this option to rubrics: Don't post Outcomes results to Learning Mastery Gradebook

     

    We very heavily use outcomes in rubrics that are reported to our data people. We absolutely do not want this option to be available to faculty who may click to turn it off without realizing what it is doing. If I email faculty, it will draw attention to this option and people will click it because of it (damned if we do, damned if we don't situation).

     

    We would like this option to be toggled at the account level by admins. We don't mind it being there for institutions who want to use it, but we need to have it not available at our institution.
