Self Registration restricted to a limited amount of time

#I am looking for a solution to a self-paced course being offered that I want to be available to the purchaser for 1 year.  I tried to work with Gosignmeup, and they said that there are other LMS's that have that feature within the course set up.  I understand that Canvas does not have that, but it would make a big difference to me to be able to set this up for my students purchasing these self-paced courses.  Please let me know if this would be something that you can set up.
