Hi,

Actually Quizzes.Next use the Mathquill to insert and edit formulas for the questions and answers, but this one has the basic symbols. It´s possible for us to use it but does not provide all the characters for formulas.

Wiris Math and Wiris Chemistry is used in Quizzes and offer many more symbols that Mathquill, and best of all, it's easy to use.

We propose to integrate Wiris as a tool to insert and edit mathematical and chemical formulas into formula-type questions.

I would also love to see the ability for the

studentsto use an equation editor tool to answer fill in the blank style questions with an actual expression or equation that uses more than what's available on a standard keyboard! As of right now I have to make those be essay questions - which then negates the "quick response" grading that I use Canvas for and with the level of math that I teach I cannot rely on multiple choice, they need to be able to work without the prompting.
