We have run into a visual bug where if you are using the "Google Drive LTI 2" (new "Google Apps" integration) option for a new collaboration, the text box for the "Name" field does not appear. The text box still works and the typed letters still appear, but the outline for the box itself does not appear. We have reproduced this on multiple computers using Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge.

    Steps to reproduce:
    1) Integrate Google Apps into your course (https://www.eduappcenter.com/apps/641#.XACmgBNKii4)
    2) Go to the Collaborations tab of your course. (Example course:  https://canvas.uw.edu/courses/1149334/collaborations)
    3) Select "Google Drive LTI 2" as the option to collaborate using.
    4) Look at the field where the "Name" text box should be.

    Expected:
A gray border outlining the boundaries of the textbook for the name field when "Google Drive LTI 2" is the option selected for a new collaboration.

    Actual:
    Absence of said border.
Here is a screenshot of how the "Name" field currently looks like without any sort of border.

This is also the case for the "Description" field. This unusual text box type doesn't follow current UI standards for Text Boxes, and so is very confusing, as you can see by the fact that we didn't even realize that "Description" was also a text entry field until just now.
It would be great if these entry fields had a gray border to delineate its boundaries and make it obvious that they are text boxes that must be filled out instead of just text on a page.
