A frequent issue that comes up at our institution is when an instructor manually enters in the course Start and End dates (in attempt to override the Term start/end dates of the course).
The checkbox "Users can only participate in the course between these dates" is commonly missed - which is required for their custom start/end dates changes to take hold.
Is there a way to make this process clearer? Perhaps a warning if they do not click the checkbox? Re-wording (for example "Check this box to override term availability settings"? Grouping of the three fields to make it clearer all must be filled?
