When you create multiple-choice quiz or T/F questions in Canvas, the first option is marked as the default correct answer. Although I know I have to specify the actual correct answer, It's too easy to forget to change that default to the actual correct answer before moving onto the next question. (Similarly, if you create T/F questions, the default answer is always "True"). This default option of Canvas has caused a fair number of errors when creating M/C and T/F questions for our instructors. Instead, it would be great it there was no correct option specified and if Canvas would give instructors a warming when they try to save a quiz without a correct answer.
