Tool tips to explain Creative Commons Licenses

  This idea has been developed and deployed to Commons

When you share an item, you have to select the type of license you want to share it under. While I'm happy to refresh my memory on the different licenses, it would be helpful to have a tool tip or something that would succinctly explain the different options. That way I would be informed before I click! A simple but very helpful inclusion that would just make it clearer for others.
