Peer-Review Rubric Separate

NOW: if there is a peer review assigned to an assignment, which contains a rubric, there is no way to hide it from the students, and grading the rubric will be needed in order for the review to be showed as completed.

DON''T LIKE: I do not need students to GRADE their classmates, but to comment on the questions I have prepared for them on the assignment page. They submit these questions/answers as comments/attachments. No need for rubric at all. It makes them feel that they are graded by other students. it is not the effect I would like to achieve for the undergrads.

IDEA: have an instructor's rubric NOT available to students/ or ask it as an option whether an instructor wants the students to use the same rubric or ADD another one.
