Service-NOW integration with Canvas

    My university uses Service-NOW for incident tracking and Canvas has an internal system that can dump data into our Service-NOW instance via email but this a one-way update. If a student has a reoccurring issue and contacts both help centers (canvas and university), The tier 1 techs on both sides can't see the full information on the issue as these systems can't communicate well. Service-NOW is a common incident tracking software for many universities and companies and has an accessible framework for integration development which would allow better end user support for many companies and universities that use Canvas
