Allow Instructor to Set Assignment Order

Right now students see Assignments in date order and they have to scroll way down to get to new stuff if they are in that view.  I use "View by Type" arrangement and I would like the option for that to be the only view they see. 

No matter how many times I tell them to go to "View by Type" they never remember to push the red button on the top right. I am sure it works for many students as is, but I would like to be able to keep the current assignment always at the top and not have them confused by looking at the other view.

As part of the new Ideas & Themes process, all ideas in Idea Conversations were reviewed by the Product Team. Any Idea that was associated with an identified theme was moved to the new Idea & Themes space. Any Idea that was not part of the move is being marked as Archived. This will preserve the history of the conversations while also letting Community members know that Instructure will not explore the request at this time.
