New Quizzes: Allow students to upload supporting document to formula question in quiz.

Formula questions are great for automatically awarding marks to students who correctly answer a question. However, some complex questions warrant the awarding of 'method marks' where a student has made a small error which results in the wrong answer. 

I would like students to be able to upload a document containing their solutions which can be manually checked if an incorrect value is entered by the student.

My current workaround involves following each 'formula' question with a 'file upload' question but this is clumsy.

As part of the new Ideas & Themes process, all ideas in Idea Conversations were reviewed by the Product Team. Any Idea that was associated with an identified theme was moved to the new Idea & Themes space. Any Idea that was not part of the move is being marked as Archived. This will preserve the history of the conversations while also letting Community members know that Instructure will not explore the request at this time.
