Many teachers are interested in using modules, however, the extra steps to add assignments to modules after creating is just "one more thing to do." If you start building from modules and add assignments, it feels disconnected and clunky. On the flip side, assignment creation is one stop shopping: due dates, grades, submission options, files. Ideally, there would be a checkbox in the assignment "add to a module" with a pull-down menu of previously created modules. Later teachers could organize the content if they needed to do so. This would make module use a better integrated overall experience.
