Suggestion: Allow teachers to see a time stamp/history of a student's sign up activity for a group.
1)I teach a blended/hybrid course and sometimes have my students break up into groups to attend class on their choice of a certain date. I've see where a problem might arise. Ashley signs up for Monday. She skips class on Monday and is marked absent. Monday night she moves to Wednesday's group and sends me an email saying that she was never in monday's group but was in Wednesday's group all along and to please remove the absence from her grade. If I don't have a paper copy of the group during class on Monday. I would have no way of proving deception.
I do have the groups set out max at a set number. I set up the course with an even number of students and if I had an odd number of students one may try to slip past.
2)It would be good to see if two students decide to swap groups I can see when the swap was made.
3) If I want to order them by order of when they signed up.
