Allow teachers to choose where to deploy McGraw-Hill Connect content

Allow teachers to deploy content to other pages than Assignments. The deep integration is a shallow pool if the teacher has no control over where to put content. In other LMS, such as Blackboard and Connect, the teacher selects the module that they want the content from the other domain to be sent to.

AT present, content from Connect has to go to the Assignments tab, even it the content is not an assignment. Please let teachers place content on any module they deem to be the best place for the content.#

I am not familiar with Connect, but typically you can directly upload content in Canvas to wherever you might like, depending on the type of content. Granted, it will all live in files, but you should be able to add that content directly to ist display location, typically Modules. Sometimes this gets trickier when that content is coming from another LMS where file types are proprietary, and may not exactly mesh with Canvas in expected ways.

I would suggest checking in with the https://community.canvaslms.com/groups/lms-migration?sr=search&searchId=ab388ff7-c2fb-41f5-9628-8192...‌ group, and perhaps even the https://community.canvaslms.com/groups/designers?sr=search&searchId=19b03b6e-3afc-42fa-88ba-3717a79a...‌ group where there is considerable experience and expertise in this area.

Since Connect is a publisher tool and not truly an LMS, and since you are requesting a change to the third-party integration, I'm not sure you'll get much traction in the Canvas feature idea space. But McGraw Hill is a Canvas partner (https://community.canvaslms.com/community/answers/partners-platform/mcgraw-hill ), and would probably be very interested in your feedback, to help make the integration deeper.
