How do I attach a PDF to page text or an assignment?

After you have created your PDF file, the best place to store it in your Canvas course is in Files. (How do I upload a file to a course?) Next, double-check your file's availability settings. Then, while editing a Page, Assignment, Quiz, Discussion, etc in Canvas, you can add the file directly by clicking it from the Content Selector (What is the Rich Content Editor?) Under Files in the list along the right-hand-side, you'll see your file. You can simply click it, and it will be added to your information. Otherwise, you can select text and then click the item and it will act like a hyperlink.
