Determining the % of students achieving an outcome

Hi Everyone,

For accreditation purposes, I am trying to set up my course assessments (assignments, quizzes, etc.) with outcomes.  In the end result, I would like to see if a designated % of students achieved at or above a designated level (example: meets expectations) for that particular outcome.  My struggle is that the "calculation" options on the outcomes does not have an option of a simple average only decaying average.  Here is an example of what I would like to do: I would like to have an assignment outcome attached to all the assignments.  Then at the end of the course, I would like to see in the mastery gradebook (or spreadsheet document) what percentage of students were at or above the "meets expectations" level of that outcome.

I am new to setting up outcomes and a mastery gradebook--so I am open to hearing how to approach this.  Thank you.
