Rubrics issue after import

I have imported a class from last semester to this semester by using the "copy" function on campus.  I copied the entire class.  And most of it seems to work.  But when it comes to rubrics, if I go into "student view," the students get a "not authorized" message and can't see the attached rubrics that have been brought into the course.  So I have two questions.  1) Is this an issue and if so, so can I get the rubrics into the class without having to rebuild them all?  2) Is it just that I can't see them in student view with a test student not enrolled in the class?
