I have uploaded a QTI file and it is not saved in my test banks. I need help. I used Canvas previously (5 years ago) and I don't remember this being an issue. How do I get my testbank to work?
Jennifer, I would start by double-checking that you are following these directions - How do I import quizzes from QTI packages? If you follow these directions and it's still not working, then I'd contact Canvas Support to see if they can help. To do this click on the Help link in Canvas and Report a Problem.
