Yes, the score you put in SpeedGrader automatically shows up in the Gradebook. All the scores go to the same place.

Barbara, Sharmaine has given you great advice. I'd only add that if you're using a rubric to grade submissions in SpeedGrader, make sure that you first edit the rubric to enable the Use for assignment grading checkbox. Once you've done that the sum of the rubric values will auto-populate the grade field in SpeedGrader and the Gradebook.
