I am trying to clear my inbox so I only see emails from current students. I have more than one course. Is there a way to see emails from all current courses only?
Geri, I apologize that you haven't received a reply! Instructors can filter the Canvas Inbox by course, and can mass-archive conversations from previous semesters if they choose to do so. (Mass-delete is also possible, but for record-keeping purposes, archival is safer, and still removes the old conversations from view.) For instructions on how to use the filter and selection, please refer to How do I filter conversations as an instructor? and How do I delete a conversation as an instructor? (see the Delete Multiple Conversations section near the end). Hope this helps!
