I am currently designing a course for an instructor in Canvas. I uploaded all course graphics to the course files, and used the sidebar in the rich text editor for inserting course images into the pages. I checked the HTML to see that the images have the same course code as the one I am working in. I also checked the course view in the mobile app, which usually catches when the image link is broken, but all images appear as they should. However, when the instructor logs in to view the course, she does not see the images on the pages. I have included a screenshot of what I see, and a screenshot of what she sees. She mainly uses Firefox, but said that she also tried Chrome, and still could not see the images. I am not sure how best to direct her. Could the issue be something with her computer/browser? Is there something else I can check on my end?
