I am creating announcements but they are not appearing at the top of my home page for my students to see. Thet appear in all my courses except for one.
Hi Judith. Just to check, in the classes that are working as expected is the homepage set to "course activity stream" while in the course not working as desired the homepage is set to something else? I know that if "course activity stream" is selected then a location for announcements, assignments, etc. will appear on the homepage (see What layout options are available in the Course Home Page as an instructor?). If all of the homepages are set the same, we would have to look into another potential cause.

I just checked, none of them are course activity stream they are both "pages front page".

Some of my colleagues really like this option. However, it doesn't translate to the Canvas Student app quite yet.
