I logged into my canvas portal but am unable to see any classes on my dashboard. Also, my calendar does not work as well. Any help to this problem would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
Hi Zachary Lewis Welcome to the Canvas Community!
This most likely means that either your term has not yet started, and your Canvas Admins have not yet made courses available to students, or your teacher has not published your courses. One thing you can check is How do I view all my Canvas courses as a student? And see if your courses are listed as Future enrollments or unpublished.
Otherwise, the members of this Canvas Community are unable to access accounts other than their own and you will need to contact your school. I did find a link on D'Youville's website where you can get Help with accounts and passwords, email, MyD'Youville, Canvas and more.
