I have access to my instructor's biochemistry course, but when I click the link to his quizzes, the questions do not come up. He thinks its a problem on my end, so what should I do?
The first thing I would recommend is to ensure you're using a supported browsers of Canvas (Supported Web Browsers ).
Secondly you may try clearing your browser cache.
