I'm having issues accessing a lot of content on canvas - pretty much all of the videos and coursework. I'm having trouble getting anyone to sort out this issues, and classes have already begun. Please help!
Hi, Alexandra Bergen and Welcome to the Canvas Community! The most likely cause of this is that your browser is out-of-date/unsupported. Please check the version of the browser you're using with the list in What are the browser and computer requirements for Canvas?
Thank you, Stefanie. It's strange because it seemed to work just a few days ago - and it definitely worked last semester. You were right this does seem to be the issue. Do I have any other options? The course just started and I don't have funds for a new computer at this time.
These versions of web browsers aren't supported by my current computer.
Alexandra, Canvas supports the two most recent versions of every major browser, so it's quite possible that since last semester Chrome, Firefox, and Safari have updated several times. Since you're not able to access Canvas through the computer, consider trying the Canvas Student App. You'll find instructions for iOS and Android here: Mobile Guides - Canvas Student

Alexandra, it really is a bummer; I'm sorry. Based on your email address I think I located the correct website for your school, and in the event you live near the campus, the library has computers available onsite for students' use. You'll find more information at Library FAQ | Maharishi University | Library
Even if you aren't able to travel to the library, check with the school IT department to see if they can assist you with the hardware. It's worth a shot.
