In student view I am seeing a big lock and "access denied" when I click on individual assignments. These are assignments that have proper dates selected and are published. Why is this happening and how can I fix it?

And are you using Google Chrome web browser and have recently cleared your cache?
How do I clear my browser cache on a PC?
Another thought is that you might be sharing a document within your "Files" that may not be published?
