Why can't I access a Conference? Is there any update happening? Shouldn't you let us know at least?

I'm sorry that you are experiencing Conferences issues. I looks like you have another Question active in the Community that has a response from the BigBlueButton (Conferences) product manager. I recommend following up with him in that thread, as he will be the best point of contact to help with you Conferences/BigBlueButton issues. Landy Karla Izquierdo, again I apologize that you are experiencing these issues. I wish I could help in answering all your questions, but Conferences/BigBlueButton is an integration to Canvas, so those of us that work on Canvas do not have direct access to BigBlueButton or insight to their server issues. I recommend reaching out to Fred Dixon (the BigBlueButton point of contact), who responded to your previous thread in a direct Community message to see if he can help you and answer your questions! In the meantime, I understand your troubles in getting information to your students, and recommend workarounds like Skype, Zoom, or Google Hangouts.
