How can I hide/organize outcomes not in use?

I have created outcomes for my entire academy that covers three courses. The problem is there seems to be no rhyme or reason for the way they populate in the learning mastery gradebook.  It would be nice if the list could be organized for only the outcomes I have evaluated first so I don't have to scroll-down the entire list to see entries.  That way if any outcomes are not being assessed, they do not populate onto the spreadsheet.
