One of my students who is a new to Canvas, she cannnot join or watch the meeting/recorded meeting.
Any suggestion that she need to be doing or change?
Hi Kozue Matsuda. Conferences is definitely one area where Java must be used, so my usual recommendation in such cases is to make absolutely certain that both the browser and Java is up to date. Details are given here: Which browsers does Canvas support? You did not indicate if the student was attempting this on a smartphone or not. You may want to take a look at an earlier discussion as well as Stefanie Sanders' suggestion here: Can you join/attend a conference using on iPad or an iPad mini? The PDF document that is linked to there indicates that Conferences are NOT compatible with such devices, which is where Stefanie's suggestion can come in handy.
