How can the admin enable single-course notifications for an account?

Hi everyone!

Does anyone know how to enable course notifications for a single course?

I received a request but I can seem to find where to enable it and I could not find a guide that would walk me through how to enable this feature for our teachers: How do I manage notifications for a single course as an instructor?

It's Feature Options > Account > Course level overrides for notification preferences. I didn't see it in this lesson, and I'll look into that.

After doing a bit of checking, I learned that the feature option admins need to toggle to enable course-level customization of notifications is "Mute notifications by course," which is listed in the documentation. Are you missing that feature option in the Settings | Feature Options area of your account?

Yes, I am missing that option in my admin settings. Do I need to kick it up the chain?

Yes, please start with your Customer Success Manager (CSM), as it's likely that the CSM will need to enable a setting in the account in order to reveal the feature option.
