Migrating users/students from one canvas instance to another

Hi

Is there a procedure for moving users from one Canvas instance (for example hosted) to another (for example open source) so that their enrollment, assignments and grades data would be kept. We would copy the courses across, of course.

Hi  @help ‌,

I think this would be something you would need to contact your csm‌ and work with them on. As this would probably require a special process that only they have access to or may even require professional services‌ group get involved.
