Problems with current VeriCite

Is anyone having any current problems with VeriCite? We have a few faculty members saying that they are not getting originality reports back.

Nope.  We are in the middle of a trial and things seem good to go with the new plagiarism detection framework integration.

I have run some test and things seem to be working. I had only one instructor have a problem. Thanks for answering.

Yes, it was a simple user error by the instructor.

I submitted an essay twice just to see if it would fix a problem I was having in a class. The first time it had a 0% plagiarism score, but the second time it had a 98% plagiarism score, then both had 98%. Has anyone had problems with submitting their essay twice?
