Looking for help please. Back in August we had a trial with Respondus and ran one set of exams online using a quiz. A student is questioning the answers given and I seem unable to access the quiz. When go into the group the quiz is no longer available. Is this because we decided not to go ahead with Respondus? Or can anyone through any other light on this please?

Do you still see the Lock Down Browser menu item in the course navigation? I'd guess that might not be available any longer - along with the quiz. You can enter a support ticket with them and see if it can be retrieved somehow - I've found their support to be pretty good.
