To Do list not populating on Dashboard

Anybody having issues with the To Do list on the dashboard not populating?  One of my instructors said she had a problem with this yesterday so I referred her to Canvas support.  Then this morning the same thing happened to me (I am both admin and instructor).  In the Dashboard view, the To Do list is empty (and believe me, mine should NOT be empty!) although it does show if I am in an individual course.

 @khuntsman , I wish there was nothing in my To Do list! Just kidding (maybe..?), but I do understand why this is a big deal and not good. What browser are you using? Have you tried switching browsers, clearing cache, trying a different computer, etc...? If you haven't already I'd try those types of things and if you are still having the issue, let us know and also report it to Canvas Support.

I use Chrome, but the same thing happens in Firefox.  Tried the usual remedies, clearing cache, etc., etc. and no change.  What I find odd is that I have an instructor reporting the same problem....

Called Canvas Support and they didn't find that this is a known bug; first level person wasn't able to solve the problem so they have now sent it up the chain.  I'll keep you posted in case it shows up for someone else.

Hi Karla, could you share what the answer was? I have the same ongoing problem at my school with a teacher and the support ticket hasn't been answered yet.
