[ARCHIVED] Abnormally long upload to Commons?

Hello,

Is there a reason that the module I'm trying to upload into Commons would be taking over three hours to process?  I realize a lot more people than normal are probably using Canvas, but this seems abnormally long - especially when a colleague was able to start uploading something after me and already have it available for download/import.

Hi Max,

Yes, there are many reasons you may be experiencing long upload times currently.  Whatever the reason is, I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing the delay. I can tell you there isn't a systemwide degradation of service in commons and that it hasn't gone offline in the past few days.
