How do I delete a grade for a student who started the original quiz, ended up taking a make-up quiz, and received a grade for both quizzes?

Hi @MaurissaMitchem 

You can't delete a quiz submission, but you can go to the grade book and mark the assignment as "Excused" and the grade will not display or be included in the grade calculations.  See https://community.canvaslms.com/t5/Instructor-Guide/How-do-I-change-the-status-of-a-submission-in-th...
